Client Needs

When KLS Interactive started working with a leading manufacturer of wearable blankets for babies and toddlers in 2009, they had zero social media presence. They were looking for ways to elevate their brand visibility online and increase market penetration.

Services Provided

KLS Interactive created a social media program that incorporated community creation and management, brand monitoring and influencer marketing. Since 2009, we have grown their social media channels to hundreds of thousands of followers and we have built an influencer relations program that has been instrumental in driving brand awareness and purchase consideration.

As social media has evolved, so has the client’s program, which is now heavily focused on Instagram influencer relationships. Through our brand ambassador program, we have been able to leverage influencers for focus groups, retailer reviews and image curation.

Results

We have built the client’s social media presence from the ground upwards. We literally launched their digital marketing back in 2009. Since then, we have achieved the following results:

  • Facebook Page Likes increased from 0 in 2009 to over 288K in 2020
  • Instagram Followers increased from 3K in 2014 to over 104K in 2020

Influencer marketing has significantly increased brand awareness and growth in sales

  • In 2019, influencer marketing resulted in a reach of more than 15 million people

Active research into relevant influencers continues to be an integral part of our process. We have developed strong relationships with influencers and are able to gain collaborations from influencer inquiries as well as through outreach.
